About Me

Over 20 years ago, I experienced a debilitating back injury, which resulted in a life-changing journey of personal healing, spiritual discovery and professional development.  After a year of being in tremendous pain and then receiving an unacceptable medical diagnosis with more bad news, I began to search for new solutions to regain power over my health and wellness. I experienced incredible healing and transformation after receiving a course of powerful Bio-Energy Healing sessions. It changed the path of my life and career.

Shortly after, I enrolled in a comprehensive Bio-Energy Healing training program in London to learn the art and science of energy medicine and became an International Certified Bio-Energy Healing Practitioner in 2002. My passion and effectiveness at helping clients get results with Bio-Energy Healing led me to also become a Certified Bio-Energy Healing Trainer in 2021. I offer private healing sessions (1-to-1) at my clinic in Swansea, South Wales, UK as well as worldwide online. I offer BioEnergy Healing Certification Training programs,  in person currently in Cardiff.

Bio-Energy Healing sessions involve using non-invasive techniques to naturally and effectively clear, balance and energize the client’s bio-system. This helps to restore harmony and balance the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy fields, and accelerate the healing process.

I am a 220-hour KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness - self awareness. Kundalini Yoga has the potential to change our bio chemistry, and bring us back into a natural and more conscious way of being. I use the practice of Kundalini Yoga as an extension and amplifier to my healing work. 

I am a trained Hypnotherapist, and this can complement the healing work for addictions.  I am trained in the field of holistic cancer care and often works closely with clients receiving allopathic treatment for all types and stages of cancer.
