We will be working with Kundalini breathwork, Shamanic ceremony, drum, healing and Bio - Energy cleansing. A fitting end to a long day of participating in the delights of The Wellbeing festival.
We wanted to take this opportunity to bring us back into our heart centre for healing and peace.
